TechOpt.io Inc. ("we") operates toplugins.io and the toPlugins plugin licensing platform. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account data: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers via Firebase Auth. Billing data: payment and subscription status via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers). Licensing data: hashed machine fingerprints, activation timestamps, trial status, and entitlement records in Firestore. Usage data: basic server logs and optional analytics on the marketing site.
How we use information
We use your data to authenticate you, deliver downloads and updates, enforce license limits, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve the Service. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
We use Firebase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider processes data under their own policies and our data processing agreements where applicable.
Retention
We retain account and entitlement records while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and fraud-prevention obligations. You may request account deletion by contacting support; some billing records may be retained as required by law.
Your choices
You can update account details in the dashboard, deactivate machines, and cancel subscriptions via the Stripe Customer Portal. Contact privacy@toplugins.io for privacy requests.
