These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of toPlugins software, the toplugins.io website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by TechOpt.io Inc. ("we", "us", "our").
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Free plugin downloads require an account; paid plugins require a valid entitlement obtained through purchase, subscription, or trial.
2. Licenses
Paid plugins grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to two machines per entitlement, subject to activation and offline refresh rules described on our website and in plugin UI. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell plugin binaries except as expressly permitted.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription access continues while your subscription is active and in good standing. One-time purchases remain licensed per the activation rules in effect at time of purchase.
4. Trials
Paid plugin trials are limited to one per account per plugin unless we state otherwise. Trials may mute audio processing when expired until a qualifying purchase or subscription is active.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse activation systems, share accounts to circumvent machine limits, or attempt to interfere with license verification or update infrastructure.
6. Disclaimer
Plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for backing up sessions and verifying compatibility with your DAW and OS.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechOpt.io Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
