Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in toPlugins purchases. This policy explains when refunds are available for products sold by TechOpt.io Inc.

One-time purchases

If a paid plugin or bundle does not work as described on a supported platform (macOS VST3/AU or Windows VST3) and we cannot resolve the issue within 14 days of your support request, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds revoke associated entitlements and activations.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the Stripe Customer Portal. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months unless required by law. Annual plans: contact support within 14 days of initial purchase if the subscription does not meet your needs.

Trials

Trials are free and do not require payment. No refund applies because no charge is made during the trial period.

Free plugins

Free plugins (toGain, toPass, toLyze, toWide, toDel) do not involve payment and are not subject to this refund policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@toplugins.io with your account email, order date, and plugin or bundle name. Stripe receipt links from your dashboard help us locate the charge quickly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks may result in immediate entitlement revocation.
